The other day we had lines (that were only 2-3 people long), 2 checkers and a CSM when some bitch in line called from her cell phone.

*in a snobby tone* "Hi I'm waiting in one of your lines. Do you think you can get another checker?"

Hey you self entitled cunt, learn some patience. We're not Walmart with 60 checkstands. We have 4 and USCAN. As soon as you were done calling me it was your turn anyways.

I especially love it when customers walk up to any random checkstand (sometimes even if they're blocked off!) and start unloading their cart. Yes I can check you out at one of the uscans, not in the checkstand next to me or at my podium. Then you're just butting in line.

The toilet leaked all over the place, and I went to Smiths and they didn't have any plungers. So I had to go to fucking Walmart and they had one kind and it turns itself inside out, making me touch it to fix it.

The floor is all wet and Jack is dancing in potty water tracking it into the living room.

All while the power is out because Rocky Mountain power is here updating something to make it more energy efficient. (my computer is on backup battery power because I live with a nerd.)

Oh and I have to work in the Deli next week because I love it soooo much. And the idea of running into my old boss who hates my fucking guts excites me to no end.

Light Texture Usage guide

I did this tutorial in PSP9, but if you're comfortable in whatever you have, then you should have no problem translating it.

1. Get your graphic. This is a Conan icon I never knew what to do with.

2. Add a light texture. This is txt32, available in this post. I rotated it to fit in my icon.

3. Paste it as a new layer on your icon. Choose a blending mode to set it on.

Here it is on Lighten. Screen looked pretty much the same as well, just a bit more colorful.

Here it is on Hard Light. Just move it down a few layers and erase the black bits on it.

4. Text. Don't use a fucking text brush, they're lame. Except the ones at 37pence.org. But really, it's so much better to just add your own text.

I just did his name twice in 2 different colors. How witty am I? Oh me, you're a genius.
